Specially designed for stuffing products such as sofas, seat cushions, pillows, etc.
Greatest advantage is that the mix of cotton fiber won't form granules
Products have a plain and tidy appearance with good flexibility, especially important to pillows and sofas

Main Functions
Combination function of shredding foam, carding fiber cotton, mixing and stuffing, all can be carried out at the same time
Putting foam pieces (containing leftover material), raw cotton (non-carded fiber cotton) or feather into the machine, it automatically cards the fiber cotton and shreds the foam (different proportion of various material dosages can be adjusted)
After automatic mixing, they can be filled into the products
