Description System Overview Four quilters, each with a dedicated conveyor line that picks up the quilt. Four conveyor lines from the quilters feed into a main conveyor. Eight conveyor lines distribute quilts to eight sewing heads. At the end of the conveyor line, one conveyor leads to a table where the quilt is folded and packed. Main Conveyor A long conveyor line picks up quilts from the quilters and transports them to the sewing stations. Approximate length of this conveyor line is 40 ft.
