A plane concrete area, which can take the weight of the machine, is sufficient. Application and Capabilities The machine is suited for the needling of pre-needled as well as of unneedled fiber material. At NL 9 needle patterns with 3000, 5000, 6000 and 7500 needles per meter are available. For the processing of unneedled webs with high weight a special inlet aggregate is at disposal. For sake of good order all these configurations are included in the spare parts list. Electrical and Wiring All motors, limit switches, tracers, instruments, etc. are fully wired. No electrical installation work necessary. Current Status and History Loom is running now. Have worked for back cloth for carpet and bag filters, filters for toys.
