Description
Overview
Designed to make delicate fibers such as cashmere, it makes it possible to reclaim felts of thick count knitted fabrics, semitwisted rovings, tops, selvedges coming from looms, etc.
For non-woven technical fabrics, the machine can open the hardest materials, resulting in good productivity and superior quality, particularly during the processing of low-melt fibers such as polypropylene.
It also ensures very good opening of siliconed fibers.
For materials that need different types of processing, we can supply both a model with a double carding set "miniature garnett G88" or pairing with other machines of our range, obtaining a full reclaim plant.
Specifications
Standard working width is 500 mm.
Supplied with feeding belt or simple sliver-guide and carriage.
