Overview
Machine designed for non-woven material with a grammage range of 100-150 grams per square meter.
Cylinder width of 5400 mm, working width of 5200 mm.
Entry feeding: maximum roll diameter 1000 mm, with axial device.
Exit: maximum roll diameter 500 mm, with tangential device.
Entry Feeding Details
Axial unwinding device at entry, with device to hook shaft on which the carton tube is fitted.
Roll positioning on the unwinding station by fork-lift truck or overhead travelling crane (not included in the delivery).
Non-woven material unwinding with gradual speed, synchronized with other motorizations by special directional inverter, reading the diameter of the roll.
Fitted at both sides: device to hook the beams/shaft with easy system to open and close, also equipped with safety hand wheel to avoid opening when in wrong position.
