Pulling Machine
"Cadette 1000" pulling machine with 5 cylinders
Each cylinder speed adjustable by changing pulley (speed 1150 rpm to 1800 rpm)
Each feeding system is independently driven by varimot; speed is increased from first cylinder to last cylinder
Feeding speed 1.4 meters/min to 8.2 meters/min and delivery speed 6.6 rpm to 33 rpm adjusted depending on type of waste and amount of tearing required
Each cylinder is provided with ventilator and filter for dust removal, carry material between cylinder and mat former, and to form mat on the mat former
A safety limit switch is provided on each opener to prevent over feeding and hence further damage
Each cylinder is equipped with pneumatic brakes to stop cylinder in case of emergency
The first three cylinders consist of pin type cylinder and last two cylinders have saw tooth type of wire mounted on it
