Machine available for automatic drilling in sheets of PU foam, memory foam, latex, EVA, neoprene.
With 20 mm thickness, up to 2 drillings per second are performed; for example, one mould for 2 mm diameter holes and 50 mm wheel base of punch, 7 mm x 3.5 crossed hole pitch: the machine will perform 2310 holes each drilling cycle with 4620 holes per second in total.
The machine can drill a foam sheet dimension 1000 x 1100 mm each 20 seconds with 92400 holes in total.
Two drilling types are possible: continuous drilling “A-perform” (no distance between two in succession drillings – see tab. 31A); continuous drilling “B-perform” (with fixed distance between two in succession drillings, the distance can be modified by operator).
Up to 150 20 mm-thickness mattresses can be produced in one hour; by increasing the thickness the production will reduce.

Connecting rod groups with adjustable swing, gear-box and inverter with controlled axis.
Wear-proof steel mould group, with one drilling mould on customer requirement (more moulds are provided on customer request option).

Unloading belt with brushless motor and controlled axis.
Height adjustable compression rolls (input and output), pneumatic controlled.
Waste aspirator kitted out of 3-bags filter (option D. 2000 waste-bin fixed onto earth, loading opening via ventilator with 1-bag filter).
Electric board with PLC and operator panel (touch screen) for parameters setting.
Wire cloth safety guards with two interlocking sliding doors.
