Grinding Capabilities
Grinding of ring frame and speed frame top rollers is done with 200 mm wide emery by the help of a specially designed pneumatically operated centreless grinding attachment.
Draw frame and comber rollers are ground between center with 25 mm emery.
Taper grinding system is provided for comber detaching roller.
Automation and Controls
Loading and unloading of top rollers are automatic with an auto feeding system controlled by a digital electronic timer.
Electronic timer is provided to set the grinding time.
Additional Features
High efficiency dust extraction unit is provided.
Production Capacity
325 to 350 top rollers of ring frame and speed frame per hour.
