Function
Can be used for clothing and footwear fabric with PTFE, TPU, PE's composite; fabric with fabric's composite.
Various composite for any kind of textile and non-textile fabric, including: knitting, non-textile fabric, foam, PVC and filter material used in industry.
Applications
Clothing: outdoor sportswear, military camouflage uniforms, fire and police clothing, health care apparel, underwear, etc.
Other kinds: use for shoes fabric, insole, home textiles, car roof decoration, car door fabric layer, cement dust filter.
Features
Free of solvent for all melt adhesive, is the ideal green glue.
Hot melt adhesive does not contain water. Does not need oven to dry.
Wet-solid reaction in simple process, irreversible, firm adhesion, high washability.
Strong stickiness, saving resin content and cost.
Full linkage control in composite processes, substrate without stretching, soft and light, feels good in hand.
The hot melt adhesive unit is independent, glue melt process is sufficient with fast transfer speed.
Punctiform and overlapping curve coating, good air permeability, strong three-dimensional capability.
Only 2 operators needed to run the machine.
