This machine is used for laminating materials such as nonwovens, filter materials, medical materials, shoe materials, etc.
Main Characteristics
Line speed and glue feeding speed can be controlled manually or automatically with synchronous tracking.
Intelligent PID temperature control system with a tolerance range of ±1°C.
All active rollers and passive rollers are adjusted by high-precision balanceable devices, ensuring smooth running, low noise, and crinkling prevention.
High-precision alloy steel coating dye and effective gear pump ensure high quality coating.
By changing the filter spraying system, can apply to PE film and nonwoven laminating, special filter material, shoe/cloth, medical material laminating, etc. With PUR hot melt tank system, this machine can be used to produce high quality laminating materials.
