    1. Complete line composed of four main sections: bale opener, opening section, loader with balance group, and ultrasound packing machine.
  2. Section A: Bale Opener – Mod. M174
    1. Sturdy steel structure.

  3. Section B: Opening Section – Mod. M153
    1. Composed of feeder conveyor group, lined cylinders group, and aspirator group.
    2. Feeder conveyor group: operator manually places scraps or fiber on the conveyor that feeds the opener machine.
    3. Lined cylinders group: fast turning cylinders open the scraps or fiber by carding action.
    4. Aspirator group: sucks the opened fiber or scraps from the opening section and conveys them by air to the silo.
    5. Dimensions: height 1300 mm x width 1300 mm x length 3700 mm.
    6. Electric power: as per customer.
    7. Electric consumption: 12 kW.
    8. Can work about 120 kilograms per hour (260 lbs) of polyester tuft.
  4. Section C: Loader With Balance Group – Mod. M206
    1. Composed of feed silo, load group, electronic weigh scale, and exit conveyor and fan group.
    2. Feed silo: collects the opened fibers to guarantee continuous working without interruptions; controlled by photocells.
    3. Load group: composed of one spiked roll that takes fibers from the catcher rolls and feeds them into the weigh scale.
    4. Electronic weigh scale: made of aluminum and suspended on 4 load cells; electronic program ensures exact weight set by operator; tolerance is +/- 20 g.
    5. Exit conveyor and fan group: section fan positioned after the conveyor belt sucks the fibers and blows them inside the pillow bags.
    6. Dimensions: height 4000 mm x width 1400 mm x length 3500 mm.

    2. One support with the central tube for the passage of the fibers to be blown into the pillow.
    3. Two Branson ultrasonic 40 kHz for executing the lateral welding.
    4. One Branson ultrasonic group 40 kHz positioned on a carriage that moves transversally to weld and cut the pillows.
    5. One transport group that feeds the TNT.
    6. One press group that stops the fibers from being blown back.
    7. One electric box for all the PLC components.
