The oven has insulated panels in all four sides of the drying chambers; the thickness of the panel is 110 mm, filled with super alumina silicate heat resistant material; additionally, P type high temperature resistant silicon rubber seal strip is used in all joints, which decreases heat loss
The conveyor belt for each layer is driven by an individual motor
Each motor is controlled by one inverter; the speed of each conveyor layer belt can be adjusted individually
The belt is Teflon make and it resists high temperature above 260 °C
In all three drying chambers there is a moisture exhausting system; the volume is controlled by an inverter
Electric Control
The electric control program allows controls of all parameters; the blowers starting in sequence system, faulty fabric protection system, emergency cooling system, reversing system, etc.
Electric components are Taiwan Delta inverter, and France Schneider low voltage apparatus
Temperature controller brand is Honeywell (American, ±3 °C)
