Mainly suitable for crushing various soft and hard ore with compression strength not higher than 320 MPa, such as coal, salt, chalk, gypsum, blocks, limestone, etc.
Real Application For Customer
Limestone crushing.
During crushing, the rotor driven by the motor performs high-speed rotation; the plates installed on the rotor collide with the material.
Material is then thrown onto the impact plate for secondary crushing and crushed into different required sizes.
Final materials are discharged through the discharge opening.
Machine can be adjusted according to user space grate section to change particle size and meet different needs.
Recommended Equipment
Equipment: Fine limestone crusher; model: 1800*1800; handling capacity: 400 t/h; output dimension: as you require.
Equipment: Fine limestone crusher; model: 3000*3000; handling capacity: 800 t/h; output dimension: as you require.
For capacity of 1500 t/h, recommendation is to use 4 sets of 1800*1800 model or 2 sets of 3000*3000.
If special needs for final size are involved, the equipped grinding machine can be used with the crusher machine.
