IDM, F0031, 2018, Automatic Foam Porosity Tester, 50x50x25mm Test Head (New)

Description

  1. Overview
    1. Automatic foam porosity tester for monitoring the porosity of flexible cellular polyurethane.
    2. Determines how easily air passes through a cellular structure.
    3. Airflow values may be used as an indirect measurement of certain cell structure characteristics.
    4. Made with reference to international standards for measurement of a flexible cellular test piece, 50 mm x 50 mm x 25 mm.
    5. Test piece is placed in a vacuum chamber cavity and a specified automatic constant differential air pressure is applied.
    6. Pa pressure can be digitally set on the display; once the FPT reaches the Pa automatically, the rate of airflow at the set Pa is locked and held on the flow display, automatically completing a test in seconds.
  2. Applications
