Transfer printing is a well proven technology with the highest print definition.
The key advantage of this process is a relatively simple operation in which disperse dyes are transferred from printed transfer paper to textile by the effect of heat and time.
This technology makes a reliable and compact system with the use of disperse dyestuff and synthetic woven, knitted or non-woven fabric of preferable 100% polyester, to some extent also nylon or acrylic and blends of it can be used.
At temperatures about 200°C the dyes sublimate, penetrate and fixate into the synthetic fibers.
