  6. Surgical Gauze Compressing, Folding, And Bagging Machine
    1. Cotton gauze medical compress folding and bagging machine, which automatically folds cotton gauze, compresses, and then packs them individually or in groups into sachets.
    2. Useful width: 45 cm.
    3. Number of tracks: maximum 2 (varies according to the size of compresses).
    4. Size: minimum dimensions of compresses: 5 cm x 5 cm; maximum dimensions of compresses: 10 cm x 20 cm (16 plies). All the usual or intermediate sizes can be produced on the machine by simple adjustments.
    5. Number of plies: 8 / 12 / 16 / 20 / 24 / 28 / 32 plies (varies according to the size of compresses).
    6. Folding: the conventional folding is the 5-fold "surgical" or "American" type, with edges and corners tucked-in, however by offsetting folds other combinations are possible.
    7. Stacking: stacking is carried out in the channels where the compresses are counted and ready to be manually inserted into paper bags.

    3. The loading of big bandage roll and taking the ready-made small bandage rolls at the basket (box) under the output are manually.
    4. Input width: non-elastic gauze bandage in big roll of width from 5 cm (minimum) to 15 cm (maximum).
    5. Bandage roll: lengths from 1.5 to 10 meters adjustable and width from 50, 75, 100, 150 mm adjustable.
    6. Inner diameter of bandage roll: from 16 mm to 20 mm, depends on the width of bandage roll. For 15 cm width bandage roll, the inner diameter will be 18 mm (1.8 cm).
    7. Production capacity: there are 3 production tracks. Each track makes 5 to 7 pieces of bandage rolls.
    8. Production capacity calculation: to make 15 cm wide x 4 meter long bandage roll in one minute, one track makes 5 pieces to 7 pieces bandage rolls, so, total capacity is 15 to 21 pieces per minute by 3 tracks. To make 4 meters length x 10 cm width gauze bandage roll, you can make 8 rolls per track per minute. So, by 3 tracks, you will make 24 rolls per minute.
