Scope Of Supply
Basic generating set: natural gas based spark ignited gas engine with accessories (4 nos.), alternator 11 kV 50 Hz 1.0 p.f. 1500 rpm (4 nos.), standard tools (2 sets), flexible coupling for engine/alternator (4 nos.), common base frame (4 nos.), anti-vibration isolators (4 nos.), flexible connections (04 nos)
Combustion air intake and exhaust system: intake air filters (4 set), exhaust silencer (4 nos.), flexible bellow at T/C outlet after turbo (4 set), exhaust ducting from genset to chimney total running 15 meters per set in silencer loop only and flexible bellows (lot), support structure for above referred exhaust piping (lot), exhaust stack/chimney (4 nos.)
Cooling system: HT pump (4 nos.), HT water circulating pump (8 nos.), LT pump with motor (4 nos.), jacket water preheater (4 nos.), TCV in HT circuit (4 nos.), mixture intercooler water thermostat (4 nos.), expansion water tank HT + LT (4 nos.), radiator in HT circuit (4 nos.), interface cooler LT circuit (4 nos.), LT cooling water distribution system (lot), jacket water filling system HT circuit, hot water piping from genset to VAM including pumps valves etc. (lot)
Lube oil system: fresh lube oil filling system comprising of tank pump piping with necessary valves bends and fittings (lot), lube oil cooler (4 nos.), lube oil filters (4 nos.), solenoid valves for automatic oil top up (4 nos.), arrangement for used lube oil (lot)
Starting system: starting battery 24V (8 nos.), engine electric starter motor (4 nos.), cables with clamps (lot), charger for above 24V battery (4 nos.)
Fuel gas system: fuel gas pipework along with necessary supports from the main gas valve up to the genset (lot), gas train unit (4 nos.), flexible gas pipe/hose (lot), gas flowmeter in the gas inlet line to engine (4 nos.)
Electrical power and control system: control panel for engine management control and supervision all relevant functions of gas engine with single synchroniser (4 nos.), master control panel island mode/grid mode (1 no.), battery bank with charging system for GCBP, generator incomer power panel (4 nos.), PAP plant auxiliary panel for genset auxiliaries (1 no.), auxiliary transformer bus PT and NGR panel (lot), earthing strips from earthing station to the earthing grid near the earthing pits (lot), earthing strips for vendor supplied electrical installations within the GE house (lot)
Electrical installation material: power cables from alternator to the genset power panel (lot), control and instrument cables with termination kits lugs cable trays/racks etc as required for interconnecting the system within the GE house between the genset and genset panel supplied by the vendor (lot)
General: air conditioner for the control room (1 no.), ventilation system for giving provision for combustion air and room air flow out of the power house as per vendor requirement (lot)
