  1. Overview
    1. Soap production line with a capacity of 1000-1500 kg/hr.
    2. Complete line starting from saponifying, vacuum drying and cooling, milling soap noodles and refining continuously, then stamping into soaps.
    3. Advanced technology covering less floor area, consuming less energy, saving human resources, automating processes, producing high quality soaps with 50% to 80% fatty acid content.
    4. Turn-key project including all machines and accessories, whole process of production, formula, layout design, machines installation, products trial, and all solution according to your requirements.
    5. Quotation includes all except boiler, workshop building, heat insulating material, cable, packing machine, and consumable materials for installing (welding rod, electric welder, etc.).
  2. Production Requirements
    1. Steam boiler: 2 MT/hr, 1.25 Mpa.
    2. Workshop: larger than 350 m², L: 35m, W: 10m, H: 7m.
    3. Power: greater than 290 kW/hr, 480 V, 60 HZ.
    4. Water: circulating water for vacuum drying system: 40 m³; production water.
    5. Worker: 10 workers.
  3. Material and Consuming for Producing Soap
    1. Palm oil: white crude palm oil, white palm stearin, white palm fatty acid.
    2. Palm kernel oil: white palm kernel oil.
    3. Caustic soda: NaOH 97%-99%.
    4. Clean water.
    5. Sodium-chloride (NaCl).
    6. Optional materials: perfume, pigment, titanium dioxide, talcum powder, etc.
  4. Production Process
    1. Step 1: melt and mix all kinds of oil.
    2. Step 2: oil and caustic soda do saponifying.
    3. Step 3: vacuum drying and extruding soap noodles.
    4. Step 4: finishing line: soap noodle grinding, vacuum extruding, cutting to finished soaps.
