Description

  1. Make-Up Table For Cold Press Line
    1. Complete stainless steel make-up table with a solid belt bed, auto-belt tracker and belt scraper, and includes a cross scrap conveyor.
    2. One pre-sheeter with two feed rolls: 13” x 48” with cleats, one roll adjustable, both rolls solid Teflon, with a removable solid Teflon hopper attached with bolts.
    3. Pre-sheeter is height adjustable and mounted on the infeed of the make-up table.
    4. Individual VFD speed control for each roll.
    5. Two 13” x 48” solid Teflon adjustable cold press rolls, each with VFD speed control, fully adjustable, mounted over the make-up table.
    6. Each press roll has a driven backup roll under them and under the belt.
    7. Control panel with VFD controls for each pre-sheeter roll and press roll, HMI remote to the panel door, and includes six e-stop safeties on the line.
    8. Line is quality with all welds smoothed and polished, guarded, and includes e-stop safeties.
