  1. Overview
    1. Complete with two heads, but difficult to run both at the same time; most of the time only one head is used.
    2. The head can quilt anything you draw on paper.
    3. There are three pieces to the machine: raw material stands, quilting, and panel cutter.
    4. The raw material stands are bolted to the quilter section.
    5. The panel cutter is standalone; there is a 2’ gap between the quilter and the panel cutter.
    6. All three sections line up centered.
    7. The maximum width is the quilter section at 19.5’.
  2. Specifications
    1. 10 kW.
    2. 6 bar.
    3. 16 amps.
    4. The maximum width of material that can be sewn is 108” based on the limit switches on the feed section.
    5. Realistically, the sew head needs to remain 1 to 2” inside of the “fingers”.
    6. The 108” dimension is between the “fingers” that hold the material to be quilted.
    7. Raw materials could be 6” wider on each side, total of 120” material width.
    8. The sew head is capable of running at 3000 rpm but is typically run at 1500 rpm to improve sew quality.
    9. At 6-8 stitches per inch (8 is what we typically run) the sew head is moving at 250”/minute to 187.5”/minute.
