  1. Overview
    1. The GL129 pet bottle pressure tester is an advanced testing equipment specialized for testing pet bottles.
    2. Designed in conformity to three international commonly used testing methods: ramp fill mode, burst mode, and user-defined mode.
    3. Uses touch screen interface with automatic affusion, clamping the sample and testing.
    4. Pressurizing process is controlled by servo valve.
    5. Test data is displayed and test results are recorded.
    6. System is able to connect to pc with professional cnd-pebt software displaying pressure and volume expansion curve.

  3. Testing Modes
    1. Ramp fill mode: Designed to simulate the situation of pet bottle filling lines. In this mode, pet bottles will be pressurized rapidly to the pre-set initial pressure and hold for 13 seconds. Then continue to pressurize with a speed of 10 pound/inch² until the bottle bursts or reaches the maximum pressure or volume. Pre-set parameters include: initial pressure, max. pressure and volume expansion limit.
    2. Burst mode: In this mode, pet bottles will be pressurized rapidly to the pre-set pressure value and held for a period of time. Test parameters include: burst pressure, testing time and volume expansion limit.
    3. User-defined mode: Able to create the unique pressurizing curve to meet special testing requirements. Users can set the pressurizing curve by stages; after the setting is made, the corresponding curve will display on the user interface.

    5. Protection shield is equipped near the water outlet preventing fragment block after sample burst.
    6. Assembled with external filter, reducing the influence on the gauge caused by impurity in water.
    7. Solenoid valve and high-pressure filter are installed between water cylinder and servo valve to prevent water flowing back to servo valve from the fulfilled water cylinder in case the level sensor became problematic.
    8. Pressure reducing valve is installed on air inlet in case of the over high-pressure supply causing damage to the gauge.
    9. High-pressure filter is installed on air inlet to prevent the impurity of air supply damaging the servo valve.
    10. Pressure releasing valve is installed in test station to release the air quickly protecting the machine from the rushing pressure when the bottle burst.
    11. Electrical station is separated from pressurizing station to prevent from the water entering. Filling head, copper clamp and connector of calibration meter are durable and anti-verdigris after chromating treatment.
    12. Extra door lock device is assembled to protect operator during the test. With the door proximity switch, test will not start unless the door is closed, which is in conformity to safety protecting requirement.
    13. With calibration function, configured with a pressure calibration meter and a volume calibration flask, convenient for calibrating.
