    1. Axial unwinding unit – quantity 1. Suitable for rolls (a-frame is not included in the supply).
    2. Framework – quantity 1. This framework is provided with platform and idle rollers (rotating on high-sliding bearings) to best support the material.
    3. Fabric centring and pulling unit – quantity 1. Equipped with driven rollers and dancer roller for automatically adjusting tension.
    4. Hot-melt laminator gravure – quantity 1. Gravure system for placing small dots of adhesive over the fabric. Engraved applicator roller has to be heated by thermal oil. This roller has a chrome surface and is with rotating joints. Speed adjustable by inverter. Knife unit, which also works as vessel to contain the melted adhesive. Heated by thermal oil. Independent adjustment of the thickness of adhesive on right side and on left side by screw-jacks powered by electric motor. Counter roller to the dosing coating system made of steel and with silicon rubber-coated surface. Synchronized speed and adjustable by inverter. Calender: this roller has a teflon surface. Independent adjustment of thickness of fabric on right side and on left side by screw-jacks powered by electric motor. 1 cooling roller.     5. Tangential unwinder – quantity 2. The unit is suitable for unwinding rolls of materials (fabrics, films or nonwovens) with tangential system in touch with a roller driven with adjustable speed through a gear motor and “inverter” electronic drive to automatically control the tension on the unwound material. It is possible to run the membrane with a gap ± 10%. Pneumatic shaft expander, suitable for cardboard pipe with 3”.
    6. Operator platform – quantity 2. Consists of a framework made of electro-welded steel profiles. It has got an aluminum made platform with chequered surface. The aluminum platform can be overturned in order to facilitate the pass of the fabric.
    7. Axial rewinder – quantity 1. Designed for rolls with max. diameter 1600 mm and complete with pneumatic dancer roller (a-frame is not included in the supply).
    8. Extruder/drum melter – quantity 1. Extruder to melt the thermoplastic adhesive granules, melting temperature up to 220° C, delivery maximum 200 kg/hour, total power about 65 kW. Drum melter suitable for processing PUR (reactive polyurethane) hotmelt adhesives suitable for adhesive drums with 200 l (capacity: max capacity 60 kg/hour, melting temperature up to 220° C, total power 15 kW, gear pump with adjustable speed, drum melter supplied with 2 heated hoses and 2 doser guns).
    9. General electric control panel – quantity 1. Provided with PLC and touch screen for automatic control of the working parameters.
    10. Electric thermoregulating unit for thermal oil – quantity 1. To heat the coating rollers of the hotmelt coating machine. Adjustable temperature 70 ÷ 280° C. Total power 30 kW.
