Description

  1. Overview
    1. Sews rags continuously to produce a quilt
    2. After sewing, the quilt is transported out into rolls which can be cut according to customer needs
    3. Operation: place a larger rag as the bottom layer, smaller rags as filling, and another larger rag as the top layer
    4. Operation requires 2 to 3 operators
    5. To reduce the number of operators required, a fiber roll can be used as the lower layer; this also increases the production rate
    6. There is no material waste as the machine uses 100% of the rags
