Glue Bridges
Two kinds of glue bridges: one applies corner and center glue on foam and felt sides with high speed and desired amount by automatic sizing; the other applies with 4 nozzles from the center on the felted mattress
Edge gluing: corner and center glue application system on foam and felt sides with speed and desired amount
Pressing System
Automatic pressing system: after the glue bridge, the mattress goes to the press and then bonded with felt, foam, and quilted panel
Pressing system is pneumatic
Conveyor System
Specially designed conveyor system with silicon: silicon belt in glue bridges to prevent glue contamination and sticking
Transporting conveyor with antistatic silicon belt
Mattress Flipping Conveyor
One flipping conveyor for turning the mattress: flipper turns mattress with pneumatic system and workers will turn mattress automatically with a button when one side is finished
