    3. Only pe / epe foam is meant for this machine: 1.7#, 2.2# any color; 4# pe can also be shredded but in much smaller sizes
    4. Machine takes up to 2 hours to reach melting temperature

    6. Capacity: Produces approx. 16 logs per day (8" x 8" x 50" molds)

  3. Operation
    1. Turn the main power on
    2. Blower start moves the foam from the shredder conveyor to the hopper
    3. Grinder 1 start activates the left side of the shredder
    4. Grinder 2 start activates the right side of the shredder
    5. Emergency stop shuts the entire machine down
    6. Do not overload the machine with scrap pe foam; only insert more as the scrap level drops (see the window on the front of the machine)
