Surgical 3-Ply Face Mask

Automatic Production Line

Application:

The production line is designed to produce 3 layers Face Mask.

The mask is the most commonly worn cheap and disposable masks, will limit the chance of inhaling large, infectious particles circulating near the face.

Main Features:

• Production uses 1:2 ratio; one set of mask manufacturing station connects two sets of ear loop welding stations.
• Auto-alignment of three material rolls to be fed into the machine, the Outer, Filter and Middle layers.
• Automatically folds and make mask pleats, which allow mask to expand to fit face when wearing.
• Continuous ultrasonic welding of both sides of the 3 layers of material, then masks are cut into pieces.
• Nose-bridge can be integrated into mask with auto feeding, cutting and ultrasonic welding.
• Distributes the mask panels to the ear loop welding stations separately, with two ear loop welding stations working at full speed to reach higher production capacity.
• Automatically cuts ear loop strips and fixes to masks by ultrasonic welding.
• Collects finished masks from the conveyors.
• [Optional] Stacks up finished mask on conveyor as per the designated number then sends into packing machine to pack masks automatically.

A: 7 sets total: 1 nose bridge ultrasonic fusing device, 1 mask side-welding device, 1 longitude welding and cutting set, 2 left and right ear loops welding sets of 2 each

Automatic Mask Bagging Machine

Suitable for automatic bagging operations for various types of masks

• For materials such as all kinds of heat sealing file, PVC, BOPP, OPP, CPP, Metalized PET foil, aluminum-plastic foil, paper film, paper plastic and other single-layer or multi-layers heat-sealed degradable material, etc.

Main Functions and Features

1. Three-servo motor control system can automatically set the bag length (within 400mm) to achieve specified length of the auto-packing. Including empty packing detection, by checking product’s origin, automatically identify the material position, machine will be stopped when the feeding material is not there, and started when there is product material coming.
2. Human-machine interactive interface, convenient and fast to set parameters, can store products parameters for various products specification, allow choosing parameters according to product spec.
3. Self-diagnostic function, clear fault and reset in one-step.
4. High-sensitivity photoelectric sensor mark tracking, digitally input seal and cut position, making the position more accurate.
5. Independent PID control of temperature, suitable for various packing material.
6. Positioning stop function, material not sticking on the cutter, no wastage of packing film.
