Description

  1. Operation Interface Introduction
    1. Console includes: touch screen, power switch, start button, pause button, buzzer, emergency stop, and power indicator.
    2. Touch screen welcome interface allows entry to other interfaces.
    3. Auto control interface supports basic control of auto operation, alarms, and quantity.
    4. Start button: enters auto control state if no abnormal alarm is present.
    5. Stop button: stops the auto control state.
    6. Full auto/single step button: returns the machine from single step to auto state after pressing emergency stop.
    7. Return button: returns the conveyor and left/right trays to the original point.
    8. Total quantity button: clears the total quantity count.
    9. Batch quantity button: clears the batch quantity count.
    10. Period time: displays the time needed for welding one mask.
    11. Mute button: shows issues that have alarmed but not been dealt with on time.
    12. Abnormal reset button: after dealing with alarmed issues, press to enter auto control state.
    13. Alarm data: allows checking the latest 13 pieces of alarming information.
  2. Auto Interface Controls
    1. Lifting button: controls the overall machine head up and down.
    2. Earloop welding button: controls the welding head up and down.
    3. Pressing strip: controls the clips from open to close.
    4. Loosening strip: controls the clips from close to open.
    5. Scissors stretching: controls the scissors to stretch out or return. Ensure all personnel are out of the working zone.
    6. Strip cutting: controls the scissors to cut. Ensure all personnel are out of the working zone.
    7. Strip releasing: controls the strip releasing motor to rotate and release the strip.
    8. Earloop welding output: controls the sending out of the ultrasonic.
    9. Step motor forward: controls the rotation of the step motor for pulling the strip.
    10. Single step combination test - welding strip: completes a single welding operation. Ensure materials are in the welding area to avoid overload of ultrasonic.
    11. Single step combination test - strip pulling: completes one time of pulling the strip and cutting the earloop. Ensure all personnel are away from the area.
    12. Conveyor controlling - main chain: moves the main chain to the next working station. Ensure all personnel are away from the scissors and transforming chain.
    13. Conveyor controlling - back conveyor: controls the rotation of the constant speed motor of the back conveyor.
    14. Conveyor controlling - back material pressing cylinder: controls the action of the feedout pressing material cylinder.
    15. Conveyor controlling - feedout transferring: controls the action of the conveyor (optional function).
  3. Parameter Setting
    1. Refer to chapter 6 of the manual for parameter setting details.
  4. IO Monitor
    1. Used when adjusting the machine to monitor the state of all input and output signals.
  5. Earloop Strip Threading Method
    1. Before threading, click "Return" in the auto interface to ensure the turning disc and conveyor return to the original position.
    2. Thread the earloop strip through the numbered points: pass the tip through hole No. 1, then through No. 2 and No. 3 strip passing wheels, open No. 4 strip pressing wheel and press the strip tightly, then go through No. 5 wheel with sensor, and finally through No. 6 strip passing hole.
    3. After passing through No. 6, proceed to the installing and clipping operation: pass the strip tip through No. 1 and No. 2 strip passing holes, then through No. 3 strip passing wheel, No. 4 strip positioning hole, and No. 5 clip. Clip the thread tip with the clip, and open the other three clips simultaneously.
    4. Go to the manual interface, find the strip pulling button, ensure hands are far from the scissors, and click the corresponding strip pulling button for the machine head to complete one strip pulling action.
