Make sure the material loading frame is properly installed.
Properly connect the sensors accordingly on the material frame.
Load the fabric materials in order.
Connect the power supply: live line (yellow color), zero line (blue color), ground wire (yellow and green).
Check the circuit breaker and close it.
Switch on the power on console.
Make sure ground wire is well connected.
Introduction of Console and Touch Screen Interface
Console includes: power switch, start button, stop button, back up button (no need to use), buzzer, ES (emergency stop), power indicator, touch screen, material feedout motor speed adjuster.
Parameter interface allows setting of the sensor testing time (testing time of material lacking test sensor).
Material lack testing sensors can start or stop the testing of the four material lack testing sensors.
Can set the maximum and minimum working frequency.
Material Loading
First, put the blue non-woven fabric on the No. 1 roller, then according to No. 2 photoelectric sensor, then by No. 10 fabric passing fabric roller, through No. 11 preforming shape wheel, then through No. 12 forming shape device, then by No. 13 and No. 14 fabric supporting wheel going to folding mechanism.
Then passing the ultrasonic rotary head, then the cutting slight adjusting wheel, then passing fabric pulling roller, then the cutting roller, then fabric feedout roller.
Other materials follow the same method: all material should pass No. 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, then through ultrasonic for forming roller, then through slightly adjusting roller, then passing fabric pulling roller, then go across cutting roller.
After loading the material, make sure to observe if the fabric material and fabric pulling roller are in the same line; if not, adjust them to be on the same line (this step is key important).
After adjusting the fabric well, switch on the power, click manual, then adjust the speed to minimum speed.
In the slow speed state, enter manual interface, inching forward rotating; at this moment the ultrasonic will not work, it is just testing if the fabric materials are installed well.
After all fabric materials are adjusted according to above steps, the procedure of fabric loading is finished.
Putting and Adjusting the Nose Wire
Make the nose wire to pass from No. 1 hole, to go through No. 2 pressing wheel, then No. 3 wire passing hole, then No. 4 wire pressing wheel, then No. 5 wire passing hole, then the nose wire cutting blade wheel.
For the first time, do not insert into nose wire guiding hole.
Then on manual operation interface, click to make machine go slowly forward to cut the nose wire, then it will insert the nose wire guiding hole.
If the non-woven fabric cannot wrap the other fabric, observe clearly where the nose wire passes to the inside or outside of non-woven fabric.
Adjust the nose wire and adjust fixing screws of guiding tray by changing guiding position.
Repeat adjusting until the nose wire can reach best state, then the nose wire putting can go on.
Adjust Length and Width of the Mask
To adjust the width of the mask: if the width cannot meet standard dimension, tighten the fabric pulling roller properly and do not make the fabric slip; make sure the two sizes are balanced, then fasten by screws.
To slightly adjust the position of cut: if a problem occurs, rotate the adjusting wheel.
The working speed of feed-out conveyor should be faster than the cutting speed to cut off the mask pieces completely; the running speed of the roller can be controlled by the speed adjusting switch on the console.
Adjusting Welding Effects
If the welding is not firmly done, check if the rotary head presses properly; adjust the lifting of the rotary head, then fasten the screws.
Maintenance
Periodically add lubrication oil to all the bearings.
Periodically check if the radiator fan is covered by dust or has a problem, and clear or replace on time.
Periodically add lubrication oil to all the gears.
