  4. Main Opening Machine
    1. The main opener adopts card wire to open fibers.
    2. The machine frame is made by high quality welded carbonaceous steel with δ10 mm thickness; after getting backfired and qualitative treatment, it could relieve stress completely.
    3. The feeding horizontal lattice is wooden/plastic, with the width of 1180 mm.
    4. The opener is equipped with mightiness magnet to suck the metal impurity.

  6. Carding Machine (Single-Cylinder, Double Doffer)
    1. This machine is suitable to card PP, PET, PVA, bicomponent fiber to form web.
    2. The cylinders, doffers, working rollers, stripped rollers, and random rollers are all accurately manufactured, shaped and modulated. Equipped with random rollers after doffers. The output is controlled by inverter motor.
    3. The card cloth adopt domestic famous brand, and the final product decides the specification.

  7. High Speed Cross Lapper
    1. This machine is mainly used to lap the carded fiber according to the set thickness and width for next working procedure.
    2. Imitate the foreign machine structure, the main frame is table-flap structure with enough strength and stability. The rail is resistant to oil leaking, the thickness of the erection, cross section are separate δ8 mm, δ6 mm.
    3. The lapping is controlled by subsection separate inverter, it ensure the quality of the web evenly.
    4. All the motors adopt the inverter to control the speed.
    5. The bottom apron of the cross lapper are wooden lattice and the input apron adopt PVC anti-static apron.
