  3. Thermobonding Oven
    1. Wadding manufacture by fiber thermofusion with low fusion point (thermobonding)
    2. Several useful working thermobonding oven widths, class w 3000 model at client’s request
    3. Gas-heated by electronically modulated flame burner with automatic programming at several temperatures according to the required weight (gsm)
    4. Auto-recirculation air system through injection nozzles, and special volume of pressure turbine through electronically programmed inverters
    5. Adjustable ironing rollers for different weights of finished blanket before rolling it up
    6. Conveyor belt with specially designed teflon coating to endure high temperatures
    7. Cooling equipment for finished blanket, thermoshock system for stiffness of fiber, greater volume and compactness of finished wadding
    8. Outer casing with removable lids for easy access to interior. The lids are also reinforced and have a thermal insulator of ecological mineral wool.
