Needle punching machine or needle looms are essential in the production of nonwoven fabrics.
Nonwovens are bonded mechanically by needling.
The needles punch vertically in and out of the material.
The machine then transports the material and the needles come down again.
This process bonds the fibers together.

Structure
Needle fix beam: aluminum alloy
Needle board: the material is aluminum alloy, drilled with computer CNC driller (hole 1.83 mm). The method of placing needles is decided by the requirement of the products. Needle boards fixed by air-pressure tube. Lifting provided.
Steel plate: the supporting board and stripper board are made of carbon steel of 12 mm, hole 9 mm, with chromium-plated surface, and polishing. Supporting net board and stripper board incorporate electric for lift and down.
This machine is used as the pre-needle loom.
