Producible weight per unit area is between 300 to 3000 gsm depending on raw material.
For raw materials: natural fibers and man-made fibers: PES 1.6 to 3.3 dtex, VIS 1.7 dtex, PP fibers 11 to 17 dtex, glass fibers 12 to 24 µm, recycled fibers.
Processes fiber lengths up to 80 mm.
The performance of the system is up to 600 kg per hour depending on raw material used and weight per unit area.

1 Dilo Di Loom OD-IIS25 needling machine, with CBF 25, working width 2500 mm, stroke 60 mm, up to 12,000 needles (2 x 6000 needles), 1500 strokes per minute.
1 Autefa winder with 4 incline squeezing knives and guillotine cross-section, maximum roll diameter 1500 mm.
1 Autefa edge strip ripper AB 800 mm, aluminum boards with diagonal pins. Note: conversion from a former Autefa tearing machine. The edge trim is processed online, the fibers are fed back directly to the card.
