Specifications Bottom conveyor equipped with 4 bale breaking cylinders with pinned needle spires encased in thick steel c-profile. Pins are staggered 4 times for advanced opening degree. Each roller is driven by high-powered gear motor and horizontally attached. Distance of the opening rollers can be adjusted, influencing the opening degree and throughput quantity. Movable feed conveyor is equipped with steel plate construction. Galvanized rollers on both sides to prevent sideways movement of the transport table. Speed of the belt is adjustable by means of an inverter and timer. Opening rollers are operated by an inverter to achieve the right speed. Tambour is equipped with 12 needle boards with 7 rows of needles with 72 needles each, 4 times staggered, totaling 6048 needles. Tambour is fully covered with needle boards around it without any gap. Conveyor feed table length: 3500 mm in tubular steel construction. Conveyor feed table height: 320 mm. Feeder control: material feed is controlled by the set amperage of the opening rolls.
