Description

  1. Fabric Entrance Assembly
    1. Overhead fabric enters from plaited fabrics with swivel tension device, high entry guide roll and tension bars are provided.
    2. Pneumatic cloth guider.
  2. Pre-Drying Zone
    1. 1 stainless steel cylinder, 22” diameter, will be provided on pedestal and ball bearing free movement with necessary syphon and rotary joint will be provided with flexible rubber hosepipes to inlet steam and outlet condensation.
    2. The pre-heating cylinder will be arranged before fabric enters the brushing unit to help remove moisture in the fabric.
    3. Each rotary joint has 2 flexible rubber hosepipes for steam entry and condensate removal.
  3. Pre-Cleaning Unit
    1. Comprised of brush box unit with 4 brush rollers with nylon bristles, having 190 mm diameter, running in heavy-duty pedestals.
    2. The brush rollers rotate in opposite direction to the cloth passage so that both the surface of the cloth work in contact with the brushes.
    3. The brush is encased in airtight steel casing and driven by a one 2 HP AC motor.
    4. Fluff collecting fan will be provided with 5 HP exhaust fan.
    5. An efficient duct system installed across the full width of the machine in which fluffs on the fabric will drop down and be sucked by exhaust.
  4. Gas Singeing Unit
    1. Four jet burners with steel bodies with corrugated stainless-steel strips will be provided to get uniform blue flame.
    2. Burners are designed to get cooling by water circulation.
    3. Pneumatic adjustment flames adjustment arrangement as per the width of the fabric.
    4. Water-cooling rolls running on self-alignment ball bearings.
    5. Special type doll heads for feeding the cooling water and discharge the same will be provided on the cooling rolls.
    6. Auto flame stopping device.
    7. Equal distribution of the mixture by means of expansion compression chambers.
    8. Exit of gas air mixture from helical type corrugated strip.
    9. Contribution of gas air mixture with the specially formed chamber.
    10. Burners position changes automatically in case of power failure to avoid fire, eliminates risk of fabric burning.
    11. Adjustable burner position, i.e., the distance between burner and fabric can be adjusted according to the singeing required to be done.
    12. Auto ignition system will be provided for firing the burners with the help of electrodes and transformer.
    13. Details:
      1. Automatic burner tilting so that there is no operational mistake or human error.
      2. Guide rolls near each burner are teflon coated water cooled.
      3. Burners flame or burner can be moved horizontally, i.e., near to the fabric and away from the fabric.
      4. Burners can be tilted at 90°, i.e., rotating at 90° so that whenever machine stops burners rotate at 90° so that there are no fire hazards.
  5. Tangential Singeing
    1. The singeing flame touches the passing fabric only tangentially; the flame attacks only the fiber ends which are protruding out of the fabric surface.
    2. This position is especially suitable for singeing of lightweight materials and heat sensitive fabrics as well as for leveling of fabrics with broken filaments synthetic cloth.
  6. Singeing onto Water Cooled Roller
    1. The flame in this position bounces on the fabric at right angle, i.e., in 90° angle.
    2. The fabric is guided on a water-cooled roller avoiding penetration of the flame into the fabric.
    3. The fabric remains cool comparatively during the singeing process and thus thermal damages of temperature sensitive synthetic fibers are eliminated.
    4. This singeing position is recommended for all blended and synthetic fabric as well as for fabric having open structure.
  7. Singeing onto Free Guided Fabric
    1. In this position the burner flame bounces rectangular on the freely guided fabric.
    2. It is therefore possible to obtain the most intensive singeing in this position.
    3. The singeing results are of very high efficiency and hence this position is suitable for fabrics manufactured out of natural and regenerated fibers as also for heavy material made from all type of fibers.
  8. Turbo Air Booster
    1. One turbo air booster with totally enclosed electric AC motor of 5 HP with starter is included.
  9. Waste Exhaust
    1. One 3 HP exhaust blower will be provided on the top of the singeing unit with necessary ducting to suck the waste after the process.
  10. Loose Selvedge Fire-Off Device
    1. For quick fire-off loose burning selvedge after the singeing head one nip with hard chromed bottom roll with water circulation and top rubber roll with pneumatic cylinder and lever will be provided.
    2. Necessary air connection and panels are included.
  11. Beating Unit
    1. Comprised of beating box unit with 2 beating rollers, 190 mm diameter, necessary 6 stainless steel channels will be provided throughout of the face length of the rollers for beating the fabrics running in heavy duty pedestal.
    2. Both surfaces of the fabric work in contact with the beaters.
    3. The depth of impingement is set with hand wheel adjustment.
    4. The rollers are encased in airtight steel casing and driven by a one 2 HP AC motor fluff collecting duct with 3 HP exhaust fan.
  12. Impregnation Compartment
    1. Closed impregnation tank, fabricated from stainless steel 316 3 mm sheets with 5 stainless steel guide rolls, 150 mm diameter, inside the tank running on bearings and 5 stainless steel guide rollers on the top of the tank running in ball bearings will be provided.
    2. Overflow rinse for device on one side with drain connection will be provided.
    3. You have to provide operative pipelines with the respective valves with necessary line to operate the concerned devices.
  13. Draw Nip Unit
    1. One draw nip unit comprised of two bowls, one of synthetic rubber and one of ebonite.
    2. Bowls each have 254 mm diameter, running in heavy duty ball bearings to give 3 tons pneumatic nip pressure and provided to draw the fabric after singeing.
    3. One tray will be provided below the squeezing roll to collect the liquor after squeezing.
  14. Fabric Delivery Assembly
    1. Heavy duty paliter will be provided at delivery end, with 2 HP inverter drive and gear motor of hollow shaft will be mounted.
