Raw Material Layers And Composition
There are 3 layers of raw materials in total. They are pe film, absorbent layer, hydrophilic nonwoven fabric. The absorbent layer is composed of two layers of tissue with sap and fluff between them.
The middle absorbent layer is a semi-finished product. Wood pulp paper and sap are pre-mixed and sandwiched between the upper and lower tissue papers.
Percentage of sap: 20 to 25%
Percentage of wood pulp paper: 45 to 60%
Raw material specifications: air-laid paper/blotting paper – width 540 mm, weight 60 to 80 gsm, maximum roll diameter 650 to 700 mm
Raw material specifications: hydrophilic nonwoven fabric (sss spunbond) (tissue) – sss, width 600 mm, weight 13 gsm, maximum roll diameter 650 mm
Raw material specifications: polyethylene film – weight 19 to 25 gsm, width 600 mm, maximum roll diameter 400 to 550 mm
Raw material specifications: structural adhesive – type 818
Raw materials per 40 foot container: depends on the size of the finished product being produced. For example, finished product size of 600 x 600 mm: a 40 foot container holds about 100 rolls of pe film, 100 rolls of hydrophilic nonwoven fabric and 150 rolls of absorbent layer

Frame Wallboard And Transmission Part

Machine uses mechanical drive of coupling, timing belt and multi-axis connection
Main drive uses high-precision helical gearbox universal joint connection to ensure more stability at high-speed operation
Finished pad is arranged and set out by the output mechanism
Suction Air Piping
Main suction pipe for the machine is made of steel.
The main suction hose connector is through a reinforced plastic hose and the suction of each section is adjustable. (Suction holes are connected with air hose and connected to suction fan. Machine is equipped with centrifugal suction fan, power 18.5 kW)
There are holes on the conveyor to create a suction surface.
Airflow (for air compressor): 1100 liters per minute; suction pressure 6 to 8 bars (atmospheres)
