Machine Frame
No. 1 unwinder is made of square steel and channel steel plates welded.

Coating Lamination System & Guide Rolls
Cloth coating head: it is made of high-temperature resistant alloy material and is subject to special heat treatment to prevent deformation. The cloth coating head is heated by electric heating. The reasonable arrangement of heating tubes makes the heating uniform and the temperature control accurate, reducing the thermal deformation of the metal.
The cloth applicator adjusting bracket incorporates an integral translational structure, which is welded and processed from profiles and steel plates, and the main body is rigid.
