  3. Condition And Maintenance
    1. Minor inspection of two units was done by siemens under a long term service agreement in november 2020 (#1) and january 2021 (#3)
    2. All equipment is regularly maintained and in excellent condition
    3. Plant is kept in properly preserved condition as per oem guidelines when not in operation and ready to operate at a short notice
    4. Gas turbines are full speed no load tested every two months if not running
    5. The plant is kept in standby mode by taking auxiliary power from the grid
    6. All transformers, electrical systems and controls are in energised condition
    7. Power plant is manned 24 x 7 by operation personnel
    8. Maintenance activities are regularly carried out in day shifts
  4. Included Common Facilities
    1. Major common facilities for the three single shaft units include: water reservoirs, water supply pumps, water treatment plant, d m water plant, 3 (+1 standby) cooling water pumps, 400 kv switchyard
    2. Almost everything can be shifted except the cooling tower (ndct) and concrete structures/buildings
    3. Certain parts may not be economical to shift like underground piping, certain parts of switchyard, chimney, etc, needs proper assessment at site by consulting agency
