Distance between two belts is approximately 250 mm. At present the grid belt is at 1250 mm height and can be lowered 250 mm or more. Dispensers and Sprinklers 2 x dispensers / sprinklers. 1 x with 10 mm grooves. 1 x with v grooves 0 to 5 mm. Additional Components 1 x excess seed collecting conveyor with side exit, 165 mm wide. 1 x moisturizer / dipping section, 650 mm long, 220 mm wide, drip tray with tap. With adjustable depth hold down rollers. Configuration and Operation The lower belt is solid; this was used if no application was required, as a pass through. The upper belt is a grid where the 2 dispensers are located; they are on rails to slide. The whole system is on 4 spindle bars to move up and down as required.
