Description

  1. Process
    1. Mount an over pressure fan to the cabinet (this is a fan with a special filter blowing filtered air into the electric cabinet to keep fibers out; this fan is mounted outside on the left hand side of the electric cabinet; this “over pressure” inside the cabinet keeps fibers out)
    2. Apply conformal coating to all the boards and the push button stations (conformal coating spray - normally all boards are coated with a special paint called conformal coating to protect against short circuits from carbon fibers)
    3. Some parts must be covered with special plastic screw in covers
    4. Install new trim seals, check that the doors are closing and sealing (not bent from transportation)
    5. Seal the push button stations to the frame with weather stripping
    6. Motors are all hermetically closed, requires no action (no need to change existing motors)

    1. Customer must make same/similar provision with all electrical cabinets and electrical sockets and connections in that weaving room, including the lighting fixtures
