Overview
Late-model, pre-owned canning line centres on a KHS Innokeg Multibloc filler and is supported by robotics, inspection, coding, and end-of-line packaging equipment from leading European suppliers.
Designed for both pilsner and wheat beers, it handles 3.1-litre (0.82 gal) and 5.0-litre (1.32 gal) disposable steel cans at up to 700 containers per hour.
All components form a single, continuous process train.
Specifications
Depalletiser – Roteg “Paro” robot, built 2015.
External CO₂ feed station – provides purge gas at filler inlet.
External can rinser/flusher – de-dusts and chills incoming cans.
Chilled buffer tank – Rudert RET 300, 300 L (79 gal) at 6 bar, 5 °C (41 °F).
Can filler – KHS Innokeg Multibloc, ≈700 cph, 3 to 5 °C (37 to 41 °F) product temperature; CO₂ up to 5.5 g L⁻¹ for pilsner and 6.5 g L⁻¹ for wheat beer.
Lid seamer – NSM, model K65406-01.
In-line check-weigher – Bizerba CWE.
Vision inspection unit – rejects seam or fill faults.
Date/lot coder – Videojet 1650 UHS, built 2014.
Palletiser – second Roteg “Paro” robot, built 2014.
Can formats: 175 mm (6.89 inches) diameter; heights 165 mm (6.50 inches) and 246 mm (9.69 inches).
Throughput: ≈650 cph for 3.1 L wheat beer, 650 cph for 3.1 L pilsner, and up to 700 cph for 5.0 L pilsner.

Vertical and horizontal stainless tanks, plate heat exchangers, a beer separator, pipe-drag conveyor, air compressors, assorted flanges, control valves, boilers, and other brewery utilities may be purchased separately.
