Overview
Production capacity: 5 to 6 pillows per minute
The machine is composed of a sturdy welded-steel structure on which the following groups are mounted
Entrance Conveyor-Belts Group
Drags the pillow-cores and conveys them into their linings
At the entrance of the machine there is fixed a conveyor belt (length 2500 mm) that collects the rolled web to the filling machine
The distance between top and bottom conveyor-belts is manually adjustable according to the lining dimensions
Linings Manipulator Group
In this position the operator has to manually insert the pillowcase on the filling end (entrance conveyor belts that fill the pillow core into it)
Exit Conveyor-Belt Group
Located laterally to the machine structure, it receives the lined pillow and conveys it to the sewing station
Sewing Unit
Composed of an overlook Pegasus machine to close the open side of the pillowcase and of a labeling group to sew the label on the lining in the correct position
