Specifications
Produces built up laminated wood billets ranging in size from 6" to 26" wide, 8" to 36" deep and up to 24' long
Boards are fed lengthwise on the infeed conveyor at up to 1500 linear feet per minute
Has provision to make either straight or cambered billets
The unit is modular and can be expanded to build beams up to 60' long and beyond by manufacturing additional modules
By using the high speed infeed, automatic stacking and quick setting glue, production rate of 5 minutes per cycle, 12 full height billets per hour is achievable
By using ESW's proprietary edge glued panels 24" wide as input material, production volume is doubled to 166,000 board feet per shift
Designed to handle finger jointed material that is edge glued prior to the press area
