Description Overview Designed for first-class yarns with very fine counts, where careful and delicate treatment is fundamental throughout the entire dyeing process. Liquid is drawn from the vat using a variable speed pump and fed to the arms. Dye perfectly soaks the hanks hanging along the whole length of the arms. Specifications Available in versions with 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 arms, with the possibility to couple two machines of the same production capacity. Loading capacity: 3.5 kg minimum, 8 kg maximum per arm, depending on yarn type and count. Hank drop length: 540 mm; on specific request, deep vats for 670 mm drop length are available. Closing hood is steam tight to avoid steam and heat dispersion, obtaining dyeing advantages. Fully automatic electronic panel with spray time, hank rotation, and pressure control system is provided.
