    1. Specific for producing cushions of sofas and armchairs, in foam partially or totally covered with dacron, even with mechanical parts, baby mattress, bedsofas, caravan beds
    2. Works with many kinds of materials: foam, dacron (for foam thickness: up to 20 mm, also high density; for dacron: up to 1000 grams density), synthetic fiber, cotton, non woven, feather, fibres, recycled fibres and fiberballs
    3. The resistant and elastic seam allows the elimination of the use of glue, maximizing the quality of the product and giving added value to their production
    4. Facilitates the upholsterer operations during the sofa construction, giving advantages throughout all the production phases
  2. Technical Features
    1. Special sewing system equipped with motorized plates, engineered to sew many kind of material thickness with its uniform and resistant seam; the head has been designed to easily sew inwards profiles and exclusive models
    2. Special belt conveyor 2500 x 650 mm – allows to sustain and easily handle cushions of big sizes and different shapes, moving forwards, at the same speed of the sewing head
    3. Special movable table – allows moving the sewing head backwards in order to facilitate the sewing operation with different models, sizes and shapes
    4. Position a – rectangular or squared cushions: the operator stands in front of the machine (horizontal sewing)
    5. Position b – special shaped cushions: the operator stands next to the machine being able to handle the cushion alone when with standard machine this operation needs two people (vertical sewing)
