    1. 1 extruder (80 mm) with 30:1 L/D ratio, inverter controlled
    2. 25 hp main motor with high efficiency reduction gear
  4. Hydraulic Filter Changer

  5. Metering Pumps
    1. 4 metering pumps (7 cc x 2)
    2. Each pump can be started and stopped individually to allow for individual spinning pack change
  6. Spinning Head

    2. Dowtherm heating by electric resistance cartridge heater that makes temperature steady
  7. Quenching Cabinet

    2. Air current is provided by a turbo fan, controlled by an inverter that enables the air velocity to be adjusted to the correct level for different denier

      4. 4th: heated twin roller diameter 225 x 200L orange ball 2 hp
    3. Each roller mounted directly onto shaft of an AC motor with static inverter available speed control
    4. Maximum operating speed is 2200 m per minute
    5. All heated rollers have full PID electronic temperature control
