Description

  1. Overview
    1. Can produce various PU foam with cuboid or cylinder shape, such as general PU foam, memory foam, HR foam, hard PU foam, super soft PU foam, etc.
    2. Can make round foam.
    3. Also can make foam with a density of 50 kg per cubic meter.
    4. The height of the foam can only be 1000 mm.
    5. The quality of the foam basically cannot meet automotive market; there are some tiny cells in the foam.

  3. Technical Data
    1. Working mode: full automatic incessantly running (two mould by turn)
    2. Mould open: by manual
    3. Foaming material composing: TDI, MC, PPG, amine, tin, silicon, water 7 compose.
    4. Foam block size (standard mould): 2000 mm x 2300 mm
    5. Foam block height: density less than 20 kg/m3: 1200 mm height
    6. Amine, tin to PPG mix tank also, mixing motor low speed running definite time (according PLC setting).
    7. Pump TDI material from TDI tank to TDI preparatory tank (max 80 L) as PLC setting.
    8. TDI preparatory tank automatic open, and TDI material quickly drop to mix tank, and mixing motor running high speed.
    9. After definite time running on high speed, mixing motor stopped, mix tank move up and open the bottom by PLC control. The entire material well proportioned drop to the mould, start foaming.
    10. Move mix tank up, move out the mould which already start foaming. Place other new mould to the position for next produce.
    11. Foaming formulation examples (25 kg/m3): PPG 100 kgs, MC 2 kgs, TDI 52.2 kgs, H2O 3.6 kgs, silicon 1 kgs, T9 0.24 kgs, amine 0.18 kgs, maintenance 22°C to 28°C
