Two POP & PPG storage tanks 4 m³: equipped with stainless steel pipe coil of constant temperature, mixing device, made by carbon steel; equipped with 200 L/min material loading pump with 5.5 kW motor.

Computer control system with powerful memory and storage function; it can store more than 100 foaming formulations, and it can be transferred on foaming process without stop; it can produce different spec foam and without stop production, therefore it can reduce cost.

Cooling and warm water device: use for material constant temperature; power: cooling 15 hp; heating 20 kW; with 15 t water cooling tower, 2.2 kW water pump (option fan cooling system).
Air compressor: supply compress air for the production line; power: 11 kW/9 kg/cm²; with 1000 L compress air store tank with filter.
Pneumatic valve: three-way glove valve, with electronic position sensor; if the valve not on right position, the control system will be alarm.
