Uster Hvi 900 Cotton Testing Instrument
1. Includes length, strength, micronaire, color and trash modules
2. Measures cotton parameters such as length (uhml, ml, ui, sfi), strength (gram/tex, elongation %), micronaire, color (rd, +b, cg), trash (area %, count)
3. Provides index for ring spg and rotor spg
4. Fully automatic sampling
5. System calibrated using usda calibration samples and accuracy of results as per usda standards
6. System consists of pc, monitor, keyboard and printer for user interface
Uster Tester 3 Evenness Tester
1. System consists of signal processor, evenness converter, automatic laying module and power supply module
2. Fully automatic sample testing
3. Suitable for testing all types of short staple fibres made yarn, roving and sliver
4. Measures parameters such as u%, cv%, cut length cv%, index, rel.count, imperfections such as thin, thick, neps with different sensitivity levels
5. Provides graphical displays such as mass diagram, spectrograms, variance length curves and histograms
Uster Tensojet Single Yarn Tester
1. Suitable for testing all types of yarn
2. 33,000 tests per hour
3. Fully automatic sampling and testing
4. Measures parameters such as breaking strength, elongation, rkm, cn/tex, work done etc.
5. Provides graphical results such as breaking strength vs elongation, scatter diagram, elongation curves etc.
6. Windows based program for easy user interface
