Description Overview Steamer is a close box with side and roof insulated. The top is heated with steam coil and oil filled jacket. Live steam is injected in the steamer chamber by number of spray pipes. The spray pipes are provided with covers to protect yarn sheet damage. All pipes are located at bottom of the chambers. The condensate removal is also provided from the bottom. Drawing available. Specifications Entry and exit of the yarn is from the bottom only. Total passage inside the steamer chamber will be 90 meters. All guide rollers are teflon coated with 200 mm diameter and revolving in special bearing and honing with seal ring. Maximum temperature can be achieved will be 90 degrees. An exhaust fan at the top is given for removing of the extra steam. It is also used as quick cooling system for cooling the steamer chamber quickly, if yarn lapper mending is required. The complete chamber is made from stainless steel 316 only. Total four glass doors are provided for supervision during running process.
