Platform and Entrance Unit
Bridge shape for easy working of operator and following to fabric that is inside of the machine.
Provides easy controlling of machine and working of machine three passing by operator.
This unit has got automatic fabric feeding system controlled by photosensor.
Inlet (Feeding) Group
Inlet section of machine consists of 1 line which has independence stretcher.
Stretcher manufactured by special aluminium alloy and stainless steel.
Polished smooth surface and sharpless construction.
Working width: closed to minimum 300 mm, open to maximum 1500 mm.
Operator panel at right side of inlet group; operator can control temperature of chamber, main fans, cooling fans and exhaust fan by one of them and can control fabric feeding speed, machine speed and speed of exit group.
There are total 2 feeding rolls for fabric.
These rolls are manufactured from silicone and never make to vestige at the fabric. Every roll is driven by to a direct gearbox with motor.
System prevents any fault from to coming gear mechanism.
Width adjustment mechanism of every line is driven by independent gearbox with motor and has safety by limit stop switches.
Electrical panel of machine is on board inside of the inlet group of machine.
Chamber Group
Machine consists of two separate chambers, each one length is 2 meters.
Two chambers have each got their own main circulation fan, nozzle group, stainless steel filter system and thermoblock gas burner heating systems.
Four pieces nozzle groups is designed to diagonally cancel the below-upper and left-right differences.
Heating system of machine is made by Thermoblock® that has a private design.
That system is very different from other system and can be used by natural gas burners. That system is patented and has very high working sensitivity.
Working accuracy and safety is ± 1 degree C.
There are two type flames.
Short flame is burned continuously to keep to system on.
Long flame is controlled by microprocessor command.
Optional, rational gas burner can be used.
Flame broken is not possible at the Thermoblock® system.
Stainless suction system at exit of gas burner prevents vacuum which is created from fan circulation.
To prevent to flame out and prevent to heating fluctuation.
However, if flame censor does not detect flame during 2 seconds, it automatically closed to gas feed.
High flow fans is connected a coupled with motor.
Fans don’t need extra lubrication and upkeep.
Sliding filter at the chambers is manufactured from stainless steel that dimension is 300 micron.
Cleaning of filter can be done easily without stopping to machine.
Thickness of the chamber wall is 60 mm.
That is provide by to 150 mm.
Thickness pressed stone wall.
Inside surface of the chambers are painted by aluminium paint that can withstand up to 600 degrees C.
Extent side of chamber is painted epoxy antirust.
There is one exhaust fan for every chamber.
Cooling Group
Cooling group which has upper and below nozzle group that blowing cold air with axial fan for to provide that effect.
Stretcher Group
Stretcher that unit is opening between 300 and 1500 mm.
Left and right stretcher connected with gas piston system.
All of the stretchers and their parts are manufactured from aluminium alloy and stainless steel materials and are made to polishing for to provide minimum level friction modulus.
Exit Group
There are two roller couple for removal of the fabric which is finished thermosetting process.
One of them is free pressure roller and the other one is fixed traction roller which is driven by gearbox with motor.
Rollers are covered with antistatic material.
Free pressure roller is cemented by sledge system at from two sides.
Pressure power of free pressure roller is closed and is opened by the pneumatic pistons that can adjustment by regulation device.
